Annual Membership

Pincrest has 150 trailer sites available located clustered throughout the 87 acres. Sites vary in size, views and surroundings. Sites are available by annual membership (not open to general public).

Membership includes

• Water hookups
• Limited number of power hookups
• Seasonal pool membership included
• Centralized dump station
• Flush toilets and hot showers in two locations
• Access to hiking trails
• Ability to customize your site (such as deck, gazebo, overhangs and landscape)
• Access to vintage trailers for guests

Rates

• Annual site: $1320 water only
• Annual site $2000 water and power
• Vintage Trailers for Rent with membership $60 (otherwise $90/per night), all have electricity and water.
